PillLog Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 23, 2026

Data stored on your device

PillLog stores medication names, schedules, dose labels, appearance, supply values, and dose records you enter on your device. The app excludes this information from iCloud Backup.

Data collection and sharing

PillLog has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, or application server. The developer does not collect or receive medication records or usage data and does not sell or share that information with third parties.

Apple services

Purchases and restoration use Apple's StoreKit service. Reminders use local notifications configured on your device. Exporting CSV or PDF files uses Apple's system share sheet and occurs only when you initiate it. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Medication and dose records remain until you delete them or uninstall PillLog. You can export records from History. Deleting a medication removes its associated records from the app.

Your choices

You can disable notifications in iOS Settings. Because PillLog has no account or server, there is no server-side personal data to access or delete.

Medical disclaimer

PillLog is a personal record and reminder tool. It does not calculate doses, check interactions, diagnose conditions, or provide medical advice. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before making medication decisions.

Contact

Privacy questions can be submitted through the PillLog privacy contact form. Do not include medication records or other sensitive health information.
