Frequently asked questions

Where are my medication records stored?

Records are stored on your device and excluded from iCloud Backup. PillLog has no account or application server.

How do I restore PillLog Pro?

Open Settings in PillLog and tap Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.

Why did a reminder not appear?

Open PillLog Settings and check notification permission. Also check iOS Settings → Notifications → PillLog. Every-few-days reminders are refreshed when PillLog is opened.

How do I export records?

Open History and choose CSV or PDF. Export remains available without PillLog Pro.

How do I report a problem?

Use the support form. Do not include medication records or other sensitive health information.
